Circuit Training is a form of resistance training that uses high intensity aerobics targeting strength building or muscular endurance. It is primarily carried out by doing one exercise after another, i.e. in a circuit. For instance, you can follow up a set of squats with a set of military press, deadlifts and then a set of upright rows. These exercises are often performed with little or no rest in between each set. The high level of energy spent while performing these exercises coupled with the increase in growth hormone production lead to greater fat loss.
